Over the past 10 years I have developed a strong expertise in M&A covering the end to end deal cycle through a range of successfully completed projects spanning from HR due diligence to postmerger integration, analysis to implementation, SME to global player, buy side to sell side, private equity to strategic investors, and project lead to HR/C&B advisory.
This expertise is rounded off by over 20 years of comprehensive cross-industry experience, a C&B background, and proven key capabilities of excellent stakeholder management, very good analytical and adaptive thinking skills, deep legal understanding, and pragmatic problem-solving.
